CEO of Voltalia since 2011, Sébastien Clerc has over 25 years’ experience in specialized in the infrastructure sector, and notably renewable energies, for over 25 years. Following 10 years in project financing at Crédit Lyonnais in Canada, then in New York, he returned to France in 1999 to join Ixis, then a subsidiary of Caisse des dépôts, where he created and developed three activities: project financing consulting, management of infrastructure investment funds, then project financing. Sébastien Clerc was president of Natixis Environnement & Infrastructures (formerly IXIS Environnement & Infrastructures) from 2000 to 2011. From September 2009 he also managed Natixis Alternative Assets before joining Voltalia as CEO. Since he took his position, Voltalia successfully completed its IPO on Euronext Paris (comp.B) and achieved an additional capital increase of 170 million euros in 2016. On that same year, the acquisition of Martifer Solar allowed Voltalia to accelerate its growth on the African continent.
Sébastien Clerc is a graduate of IEP Paris and the University of Paris X.

Alexandre Soroko is in charge of developing business at Uniper France since 2015. As such, he is expanding the aggregation business in renewable energy (wind, solar, hydro) and the corporate PPA business through structuring deals for consumers as they transition to clean and sustainable energy. His ten-year experience in energy started at France's Commission for Regulation in Energy (CRE) where he worked on harmonizing European energy markets and developing the interconnections in gas between France and neighbouring countries. Then, as a financial analyst at Oddo Securities, he served as an adviser to investors in energy. In 2011 he became a Key Account Manager at Uniper and worked with various European industrial groups for their energy demand.
Mr Soroko has a PhD in Law and Finance from the universities of Paris Dauphine (France) and Frankfurt (Germany).

Philippe started his career in 1996 as a Project Manager at Schlumberger. In 1999 he joined GDF Suez for developing the realization and operation of electric infrastructure projects (Usine Airbus 380, Sanofi Laboratories). He then took the helm of INEO agencies in Warsaw Poland and Moscow Russia. In 2008 he joined the Acofi to develop the Infrastructure Investment business.
Philippe holds an Engineering Degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Métier and Master in Banking and Financing Engineering.

After graduating from Paris Dauphine University’s Master 225 in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering, Damien Ricordeau started his career in 2008 in private equity by joining the Groupe Edmond de Rothschild where he was part of the investment team for several participations in fast-growing SMEs.

Building upon 5 years of buy-side experience, Damien decided in 2013 to turn towards green finance and founded Finergreen, a boutique advisory specialized in renewable energy.

After 3 years of fast growth on the French market, Damien took the company global, starting in Africa (2016) and shortly after in Asia (2017) and in the Middle East (2018). This strategy has enabled Finergreen to assert itself as a worldwide actor for renewable energy project finance.

Pascal graduated from EM Lyon Business School with a Master Degree in Science of Management in 2008. He started his career at Enedis in Paris – formerly ERDF, the French DSO subsidiary of utility giant EDF.

At the time, Enedis’ activities were in direct path with the solar boom in France. Pascal decided to leave EDF and joined Tenergie in 2010, 2 years after the company had been created. First as Chief Financial Officer, he set-up M&A activities and grew Tenergie’s solar portfolio by purchasing operating PV plants on the secondary market, together with managing the financing of all investment activities. Partner of the company since 2011, Pascal became Chief Executive Officer in 2016. Together with Tenergie’s 60 staff members, Pascal’s strategic vision and daily commitment helped Tenergie becoming the 5th independent solar power producer on the French market.

An economist by training, Anjali Shanker first worked on the financial markets and spent extended periods in Asia, before taking over IED and later incorporating and developing the investment arm of the group, IED Invest in 2011, which focusses specifically on small scale renewable energy projects for sustainable rural development.

She has been involved and lead a number of rural electrification master plans, renewable energy feasibility studies, design of financial support instruments for donors. Her work now focuses particularly on the strategic development of the group, with an emphasis on excellence and a strong commitment to the sustainability of projects and local impacts. She leads the company’s project development and project financing activities: IED Invest is developer of renewable energy projects in Cambodia, the Cameroun, the Philippines and Central / West Africa, and currently owns and operates biomass units in Cambodia and is launching the construction of a mini hydro unit in the Cameroon.

An enthusiast in environmental and energy challenges, Nicolas Mayaud spent 12 years in the industry at BSN Glasspacket Saint GobainWeber. At the beginning of 2010, he founded Helexia with Benjamin Simonis, a business lawyer for seven years with CMS and an INSEAD graduate.

With the support of strong shareholding that has a long-term view, the company forged a name for itself and is already operating 130 photovoltaic power plants with a total power of 36 MWc and is enjoying fast development in France, Italy and Belgium.

Xavier Daval is an international solar expert and CEO of kiloWattsol SAS, France #1 Solar Technical Advisory which he founded in 2007. Daval is an Electronic engineer and former Director EMEA of a NYSE-listed manufacturer of tools for the electronics industry.

Daval is Vice-President of Syndicat des Energies Renouvelables - SER (the French Renewable Energies industry association) and Chair of SER-SOLER its solar commission. Daval is also Director of the Global Solar Council (GSC).

Besides, Daval is an associated teacher with Lyon-I University and ENTPE Engineering school and a guest lecturer for Entrepreneurship at EM-Lyon, one of Europe’s top 10 business schools.

Mr. Stefan Müller is the co-founder, shareholder of Enerparc AG, and since end of 2008, a board member he was responsible for the international and operational business. Following his diploma thesis in 1992 in solar energy, he gained international experience in different roles and various countries. Enerparc is an international specialist in the whole value chain of large-scale photovoltaic power plants. The service ranges from the technical design (EPCm) to the turn-key delivery (EPC) and finally to the operation (O&M) of power plants. In the last years the Enerparc Group has seen an exponential growth.

Eric joined Sungrow France in 2018.
